About Antigua & Barbuda

Antigua & Barbuda Coat of Arms

Antigua and Barbuda is a beautiful Caribbean twin island state located in the West Indies.

Antigua is adorned with 365 white sand beaches, one for every day of the year. The country is considered one of the most developed and prosperous islands due to its upscale tourism industry, offshore banking, internet gambling services as well as education services including two medical schools.

Antigua has some of the most desirable and highly sought after locations in the Caribbean, as a result it has enjoyed expanding real estate market in recent years. A major cause of this growth is due to buyers having easy accessibility from Europe and North America with daily direct flights.

One of these growth areas is Jolly Harbour, the largest manmade marina in the Eastern Caribbean. Covering over 300 acres of park like land, it is located on the Southwest coast of Antigua. This complete community offers an 18 hole golf course, club house, supermarket, pharmacy, communal swimming pool, tennis and squash courts, full service marina, numerous bars and restaurants and 24-hour security. In addition to these, it provides two stunning white sand beaches.

Harbour Island is located in the center of Jolly Harbour and is soon to become Antigua’s newest development. Harbour Island Residence is a one of a kind, privately gated island populated with fully furnished, luxury serviced residences unlike anything Antigua has to offer.
